Ms. Morales maintains a comprehensive immigration practice representing clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Executive Office for Immigration Review, and other immigration agencies. Her practice includes family-based immigration, adjustment of status, consular processing, waivers of inadmissibility, naturalization and citizenship, removal defense, asylum, U visas, VAWA, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), Temporary Protected Status (TPS), and other humanitarian and complex immigration matters.

In addition to her immigration practice, Ms. Morales represents clients in New York Family Court in matters involving custody, visitation and parenting time, guardianship, family offenses, orders of protection, and related proceedings. She also serves on the 18-B Assigned Counsel Panel, representing eligible litigants in Family Court proceedings.

Ms. Morales is actively involved in the legal profession and holds several leadership and service positions within the legal and broader Rockland County communities.

She is the 2026 President-Elect of the Rockland County Women's Bar Association and is slated to serve as President following the conclusion of the current president's term. Through her involvement with the Association, Ms. Morales supports its mission of advancing women in the legal profession, fostering professional development, and promoting service to the community.

Ms. Morales is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the national association of attorneys and law professors who practice and teach immigration law.

Ms. Morales was appointed to the Committee on Character and Fitness for the Ninth Judicial District of the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department, for a term beginning in 2026. Through this appointment, she participates in the evaluation of candidates seeking admission to the practice of law in New York.

Her professional and community leadership also includes service on the Boards of the Legal Aid Society of Rockland County and the Rockland Community College Foundation. She previously served on the Board of the Dominican Bar Association and is a graduate of Leadership Rockland's Class of 2026.

In addition to practicing law, Ms. Morales serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Legal Studies Department at Rockland Community College, where she teaches and mentors students pursuing careers in the legal profession.

Ms. Morales is an alumna of Rockland Community College's Paralegal Studies program. She later continued her undergraduate studies at SUNY Purchase and earned her law degree from New York Law School.

Her path from paralegal studies to the practice of law has shaped her commitment to legal education and mentorship. Her continued involvement with Rockland Community College reflects a longstanding dedication to supporting students, encouraging professional growth, and helping create opportunities for future generations of legal professionals.

Community education is an important part of Ms. Morales's work. She regularly participates in Know Your Rights presentations and community legal education programs, providing individuals and families with accessible information about immigration law, their legal rights, and changes in immigration policy. Through these presentations, she works with community organizations and educational institutions to help ensure that immigrant communities have access to reliable legal information.

Ms. Morales is also frequently invited to participate in panels and community programs addressing law, leadership, immigration, and the experiences of women and Latinas in the legal profession.

In October 2025, she participated in the 3rd Annual Latina Voices program presented by 100 Hispanic Women, Rockland Program, in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month. The program brought together Latina professionals and community leaders to share their experiences, perspectives, and contributions to the community.

She also participated as a panelist in the 2026 Women in Law Panel, hosted by the Rockland County Women's Bar Association, joining other women in the legal profession to discuss their professional experiences, leadership, and careers in law.

Ms. Morales's community involvement reflects her belief that an attorney's role extends beyond representation in the courtroom or before government agencies. She is committed to using legal education, mentorship, and community engagement to empower individuals to better understand their rights and the legal systems that affect them.
